WHY SEEK COUNSELLING?

We turn to counselling for many different reasons. Sometimes it is something specific we want to address in our lives. Sometimes, we just feel stuck, weighed down or worried by aspects of our life.

I will provide you with a confidential space to explore issues that may be causing you stress and anxiety in your life. Through counselling, I can support you to face what feels difficult. Together we will work to ease your distress.

I offer a service that fits around your life. In our work together, we will explore if you want short-term counselling with a fixed number of sessions or  longer-term more in-depth therapy. If you want face-to-face sessions I can see you in   my bespoke therapy space based in North Oxford. If you prefer online counselling, I am able to offer this through a secure platform.

I offer face-to-face sessions as well as online sessions.
